Do we have some mechanism to map the windows XP embedded components to Windows 7 embedded components?

i am planning to create a Windows 7 embedded OS for a cutomised h/w which already has XPe image running on it. I do have the .slx file of the XPe image. I want to convert it into a WES7 image. The XPe OS is a combination of components identified byb .PMQ file and components required for a s/w application to run.
