XP Client access denied to himself by old netbios name

Hi,
we have a pc with XP Pro SP3 in a Active Directory Domain that changed its
netbios name (administrative reasons)

Some old applicatios needed to acces shared resources in this pc by its old
netbios name (hardlink)

We add the old name to WINS as static mapping, and all clients can find and
connect to shared resource successfully.

But PC itself obtain "Access denied" when trying to conect to shared
resource by old netbios name.

With actual netbios name connects successfully to its own shared resorce.

Can anyone help us?
