X P not remember passwords in Auto Complete

My home Window XP doesn't remember any passwords, When I
check the box were it's says Auto Complete it still will
not remember the password or anything? I went to
Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, I
check the box in "Used Inline Auto Complete", but it
still doesn't remember anything in the checked auto
compete box?. Is there anything I can do ?

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Fix

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
