Workgroup file and print sharing without username and password

Guest

I have a 3 node network. A is running Win 2K Pro. B is running Win XP Home and C is running Win XP Home

B can see drives and printers shared out by A and C without a user name/password

When C trys open A (via My Network Places) it is prompted for a username and password

All computers are in the same workgroup and have NETBIOS over TCP/IP enabled.
