workbook referenced by another workbook, then EXCEL Crashes

Don

When I close EXCEL, most of the time, I get the message
about a workbook is referenced by another and can't be
closed. This happens even when I no longer have any
workbooks loaded, only add-ins loaded. When the EXCEL
window closes I get an eror message about EXCEL crashing.
Here's the Fault log entry:

Forgot to mention that I've uninstalled and reinstalled
Office 2000 Small Business several times with no change.

Thanks,
Don
