Word should auto convert the 1/3 fractions like 1/4-1/2 fractions.

Does anyone know how i can get the 1/3 fractions to show up as a fraction
like the 1/2 and the 1/4 fractions. The 1/4 and 1/2 fractions are auto
converted to a nice looking fraction but the 1/3 fractions are not and i'm
writing a recipe book and it looks really dumb not to have all the fractions
looking the same.

My Word converts the 1/3 to the smaller fraction, same as 1/2 and 1/4. Under
Tools>AutoCorrect on the Auto Format as You Type tab, I have the box checked
that says Replace fraction with fraction symbol. You can also search the
form for "create fractions"... there have been MANY posts about creating your
own fractions so they appear like the symbols.

This (conversion of 1/3) does not happen as a result of the AutoFormat
setting. You must have created an AutoText entry for this character.

Ah, yes. You are correct. I don't recall doing that but there it is. I
have them for the 1/3 fractions as well as the 1/8 fractions.
