Word crashes every time i try to mail merge

I try to print envelopes using the addresses stored in outlook and Word 2007
keeps closing on me how do i fix thie annoyance

Wrong newsgroup. Try the Outlook or Office newsgroups:
microsoft.public.outlook.general
microsoft.public.office.misc
