WMP9 ripping to .wav files

Can anybody please help? When copying from a CD with WMP
the highest quality available is WMA Lossless. I have a
Plextor utility that rips into .wav files and the sound
quality is significantly better. Storage is not a problem
but I would like to use the WMP interface for handling my
music library, so what I am looking for is a plug-in that
will allow WMP to rip into .wav files. Does anybody know
of such a thing? TIA

Try http://www.wmplugins.com/ If there's not anything there, do yourself a
