I installed WMP11 beta some time ago. Very pretty but 2 issues affect its
use, which has meant me having to revert to Winamp Pro.
Issue 1: Music playback stutters, as if the PC can't cope with the
throughput. It always has been fine with every version up to and including
10 and is always fine in Winamp. It's an Athlon 2100XP with 1GB DDR RAM and
a Creative Audigy 2 Platinum EX soundcard.
Issue 2: The library breaks ups up albums into 3 or 4 separate segments, as
if they're different albums. This doesn't seem to be a tagging issue as
WMP10 hadn't this problem and neither does Winamp.
Anyone have any ideas. Help much appreciated. Thanks.
