Help please:
I have removed the Norton 2006 to reinstall Norton 2007. I removed the spyware program as directed as it was not compatible. I rebooted the computer and now have a box that pops up on restart stating WJ viewing error java/lang/object. I cannot get rid of it and now the CD will not pick up to reinstall.'
Is there something that I can do without disconnecting and taking it to the tech for help???
