My friend is having a problem with his wireelss connection and i don't know how to fix it so maybe you guys can.

He has a problem with his computer when he plays counter strike for an about an hour it says 'Warning Connection Problem'. Then it signs him out of Messenger and he carn't do anythink else internet wise. He has to re-start his laptop to get everything back to normall.

He has all virus checks ad-ware checks, and he has put his laptop next to his modem. It never did this with his old laptop.

Any ideas???

IS he using an laptop/PC?

Is he using a built-in Wi-Fi Card or a PC (PCI) Card (Laptop Only)

Did the card come with the PC or was it inserted seperatly? (PC Only)

Right...

Operating System - XP Home
He is using a Laptop
In his Laptop he has BT Voyager 1020 Laptop Card
His modem is BT Voyager 2000 Wireless ADSL Router
He brought it and installed it himself
He only plays C.S over the internet and the problem only happens when he plays C.S
He uses the software which came with the Router and Laptop Card

I hope I have answered all the questions but if i haven't just let me know and I will try to find out

Thanks
