WinXP Ildle + Task Scheduler Service => problem 0x000000F4

Hi,

If I use Task Sheduler Service, my pc crash with error 0x000000F4
between 15-20 minutes with no activity. (Idle trigger ?)

I suspect at this time my pc run into Idle time and process a
task... and this task crash my session.
I search what is the name of process (or task, or job, or .exe
or .dll). cause the crash
Note: yes, I have executed command "sfc /scannow" and "chkdsk /f /
r" ...

Today I activate after one week 'off' the Task Scheduler Service,
after 15-20 min of Idle => stop error 0x00000F4
I conclude problem with the Task Scheduler Service... but I have no
idea how to debug this problem.

If I not enable Task Sheduler Service, I have no problem.
Or if I work with my pc, I have no problem.
My problem appear only if I not use my pc.
My Disply Properties "Screen saver" is [none], "Background" is
Bliss.
I have Win XP SP2

Suggestion !?

Thanks

Maybe mshtml.dll is a problem...I'm guessing.
