Windows XP Windows XPe add/remove windows component not enabled

Hi,
I tried to add few windows components using the add/remove windows component wizard,but it is not pop up the screen also there is no error messages . I need to reinstall iis service as my w3svc is not starting,when i want to try this cannot make it .. pls. advice
FYI,the button is there,but cannot start the wizard.

Im no expert on XPe, but you may need to add the components pre-image. I just started working with it myself, and from what i can tell so far is that any component needed to run hardware/software needs to be added when building the image itself.
