Windows password does nothing.

Trying to eliminate the ability of some family members
from using other members logons, and set up some
restrictions for what they can and can't do, using ME
Family Logon, and all you have to do is highlight the user
name and hit Cancel and it still logs you on under that
persons settings. I would like to set myself up as
the "administrator" for the computer, and ensure a little
security. What sould I do? Thanks.
