find OVER 20GB . . .FREE on DISK1_VOL1 (C to prepare LESS THAN 600MB

What is the correct way to log into the onecare newsgroup?
I got the beta ID and set a new password at beta.microsoft.com, but still I
cannot access the newsgroup.
