Windows Movie Maker says it can't publish movie because...

I tried to publish my video to be the WMV format. But then it says that It
cannot publish the movie to the specific location. And that I have to verify
the orginial source files used in the movie are still available, that the
publishing location is still available.

Can someone please help me?
