Windows Media Player wmburn.exe error message Please Help Me

I am getting an error message when trying to burn music
with Windows Media Player. wmburn.exe error message....
won't let me burn all my songs. Please tell me how to fix
this.

I have the same problem. I think it has something to do
with the licenses that came with the songs I downloaded
from Walmart.

Usually the wmburn.exe error is referring to the roxio burn engine
built into Windows Media Player 8 and later. Roxio has an engine
update that you may need to install. You can grab the update at

http://softwareupdates.roxio.com/gm/Products/en/PressPlay/v5/engsetup.exe

I recommend that you use WMP 9 or greater to apply this update.

burn 3 songs at a time (purchased from Buy.com). The URL in th
previous URL didn't work for me and I could only seem to get
solicitation to upgrade to a $69 version directly from the Roxio site.


Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

I just found out that Roxio has changed their site, so the link I
listed in the last thread does not work. You can also install the new
Nero plug-in to burn your songs in WMP. You can grab that plug-in
here:

I got this message too. It was from Roxio's plug-in with WMP. In M
Opionion, this software blows. It only allows you to copy up to 2x an
an upgrade is $70. I have a 48x cd-writer. Anyhoo, the solution
found was to get the Nero plug-in to WMP. Check it out at thi
website.

or do a search for "Nero Windows Media Player." It's free and instal
is a snap. Plus, it's pretty much the same interface as the Nero tha
came with my cd-writer. Worked perfectly for me

I want to thank Michael so much....I was about to go insane trying to figure
this stupid thing out and that second nero plug-in was a lifesaver. It
burned really, really slow, but it burned. I am very very thankful!!
