WINDOWS INSTALLER(Itunes setup)

Hey everyone...if soeone could help me here i would appreciate it... i am
trying to upgrade to teh new i tunes but when i try to install it, it gives
me ERROR 1719 the windows installer can not be accesed
ANYONES HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
