Windows Defender Beta 2 Error Message

Windows Defender Beta 2 cannot find MSVCR80.dll. The file is on the system
but not in the Windows Defender Beta 2 folder. File name us all upper case
in the error message.

delete c:\program files\windows defender\MSASCui.exe.manifest
