Windows 2000 Upgrade

I am looking for a link to upgrade my Windows 2000 to Windows XP without
asking for floppy / CD / DVD.

I have tried with Windows XP CD but once the windows XP (during
installation) restarts the computer, it asks for the CD which is already in
the CD device but the system is not reading it.

Hence, I am looking for a link to upgrade my Windows 2000 to Windows XP
without asking for floppy / CD / DVD.
