I was trying to load service pack4 on my newly upgraded
to windows 2000 professional pc, when it turned off and
now it won't complete load. Boots to logon screen and
then it prepares to shutdown. It won't finish booting
sequence and never boots to the desktop. It stays stuck
in this cycle, loading your personal settings, saving
your settings over and over again please help me and
tell me what I can do to fix this problem. Thank you
