Win2k to Win2k Sharing - Password

We are setting up a new computer to be the "server" in a
LAN, replacing an older computer. The new computer and
the old computer can see each other, and I can copy files
back and forth across the network -- but only if I put in
a login/password before accessing the shared folders on
each computer. I need them to read each other without
requiring a password.

I've copied the network settings from the old computer
(three other Win2K computers see the old computer just
fine without getting the password prompt). NetBios over
TCP/IP is enabled, internet works, file and printsharing
is enabled, the workgroup is the same, the user accounts
are identical on both machines, the guest account is
enabled, and the password is set to "null" on all
accounts.

Any ideas?

Are these servers DCs and if so, are they in the same domain?
