Win2k Install privileges

How can a regular domain user, while logged onto their
Win2k workstation on the network (not locally), install
their own software? For example, when an executable is
copied to a network share, I want them to be able to
access the share and load their own program without
administrative rights.

Add their domain account to the local administrator's group.
