Win2000 AD &Problem with permissions

Client/Server application was install on a Win2000 file server under AD
environment. From the
client machine if I log on as user that belongs to domain Administrators the
application runs perfectly. If I log on as a user that belongs to domain
power user
group the application becomes extremely slow.


Does anyone have any ideas?
