Windows XP Win XP Pro Faulting Application rundll32.ex

On a Windows XP Pro machine i run an Energiemanagemant Application.(bactalk.exe)
every 8 weeks the application crashes.
- Application Hang Hanging application bactalk.exe, version 0.0.0.0 hang Module hungapp,version 0.0.0.0
-Application error Faulting application rundll32.exe version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module, version 0.0.0.0

I restart the computer and it works for 8 weeks. Any idees?????
