Win 98SE & Win XP Home Network

On my home network, I have two machines running Win 98SE
and a Laptop running Win XP. My home network has a cable
modem running thru a hub. My two Win 98SE systems see and
share files with each other w/o a problem. My Win XP
machine , however, doesn't see the other two, nor do they
see the XP laptop. All three machines are using the
internet thru the hub w/o any difficulty. I have shared
files on all machines and have a printer set up on one of
the two Win 98SE machines for network printing. All three
machines have the same workgroup name and have TCP/IP
running.

What have I not done so all the 98SE machines and XP
laptop can see/share files?

please have a look at http://www.michna.com/kb/WxCable.htm. I'm
not sure how exactly you connect to the Internet, because a
cable modem and a hub will normally not do.
