Win 2k Pro to XP Pro Is this an "Upgrade???"

Is there any good reason for me to "upgrade" from Win 2k
Pro to XP Pro? Anybody have any input on this? Done it
before, etc.?

No good reason to pay $180 to upgrade, that's for sure. 2K is MS most
stable Desktop OS. XP is basically just 2K with added bloatware.

I would unhesitatingly recommend Windows XP to anyone getting a
new computer and asking what Operating System to buy for it. But
the differences between it and Windows 2000 are much smaller than
between XP and, say, 98 or Me. For most people, it's probably not
worth the cost of upgrading.
