Win 2K memmory leak. Spoolsv.exe keeps running.....HELP!

My computer keeps using up my memory because the program Spoolsv.exe
keeps running and I can't shut it off within the task manager and I
can't deleate it using the DOS commands within startup with C prompt.
Any suggestions???

Try uninstalling your printer and reinstalling it or look for unfinished
printer jobs.

Go to Start -> Run, and type 'services.msc'. Scroll down to find 'Printer Spooler'. Double click it. Click 'Stop' and select 'Disabled' from the dropdown. This will disable the 'spoolsv.exe' from startup.
