Will windows XP and Windows Vista support quadcore cpus?

From what I can see quad core is supported in the 64 bit version of
Vista, but that is the only specific item that is relevant to your
question.

Windows XP and Vista always supported quadcore cpus, just open Task manager and you will see the 4 cpu loads
