Sure it matters what is being logged to the Event Viewer. It will tell us if
it has left a meaningful error signature. If you don't know what the Event
Viewer is use Start-> Run; eventvwr
Also; try it in Outlook Safe Mode.

Doesn't matter what is being logged in the event viewer. If I attempt to
change the priority setting to low or high, i get the query asking if I want
to "Send Error Report" or "Don't Send". Whatever I select OR if i just close
that popup, Outlook closes. There is a checkbox option on that same popup
to
"Restart Microsoft Office Outlook", if I check that box then Outlook does
restart. Whether I use the restart checkbox OR let outlook close and then
reopen myself, the event just entered is not in Outlook.
So, I can only enter an event with normal priority, save it and then acxcess
it and edit the priority to high or low. Even if I select normal during the
initial adding of an event, it crashes the same as if I select high or low.
Touching the priority box during add a task causes the crash.
