why is PropertyChange event not fired for Item.Body

Hi all,

I do migrate some VBS OL-Forms to VBA platform but I don't understand why
PropertyChange event isn't fired. All other events I need do (most of them
are CustomPropertyChange) and sometimes PropertyChange procedere is fired
automatically by other events ...

Could you please give me an advise
