When I am spell checking I like to right click on medical terms and add them
to my custom dictionary. Recently the "Add to dictionary" in the drop down
has been greyed out. I've gone through the Proofing menu to make sure3 the
custome dictionary is properly checked and check only frm main dictionary is
unchecked.
