why does word cut off the end of my inkwriter words?

Why does word cut off the end of my inkwriter words? It seems to cut off
every last letter of words. This is the raw handwriting I have entered on my
Pocket PC notes program.

Might this question be better asked in a Word newsgroup or possibly a Pocket
PC newsgroup? I'm missing the connection to Outlook.
