Why do I get Printing message "The number must be between 1 and 31

[Smalltalk]

I cannot print a single envelope in Office Ultimate Word 2007, I get a
dialogue box saying ‘The number must be between 1 and 31†. There is no
opportunity to select a number and the envelope will not print. I need help.
Am I the first to have such a problem? My printers are HP Officejet 7410 and
HP Color Laserjet 2605; I cannot print to either one using the Mailings –
envelopes.

When you click on Print, you don't get the Print dialog box?

Download the envelope templates from my web site. If they print normally
copy the two envelope styles to your normal template using the organiser
(Alt +F8 > Organizer)

I am getting the same error message. Yes, a print dialog box comes up, but
only with the options to change envelope size and orientation. No options to
select a number....

When you click on Print, you don't get the Print dialog box?
