Why do Follow Up flagged items not show in my Follow Up folder

If they were flagged by the sender and not by you, then they will not show
up.
They will also not show up when the item resides in a different pst-file.

There are many other possibilities why they won't show up either but that
greatly depends on your configuration.
Next time, use the body to provide any details and clarify your request.
