When I print emails they do not come out as they appear on screen...

When I print emails from Outlook attachment names do not come out.

For example instead of showing the Word icon with 'document1.doc' underneath it (as it appears on screen), the printed page will show the Word icon with a series of random chracters (such as squares, arrows, + signs and x's) underneath it.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Sounds like a print driver problem actually. Try deleting that printer and reinstall it with the most current version of the drivers. If it asks you to "Keep existing driver" choose the other option (I can't remember the wording on it, sorry.)
