What is "thorconnwndclass" program? When Outlook 03 is not respo.

When I try to recieve messages Outlook 2003 doesn't respond. When I restart
I get the message box that reads thorconnwndclass program is in use. End
now? Also when I try to restart outlook before I restart, I get a exchange
server message error.

Any Help?
