    While not "exactly" like Visio, Inkscape is good.

    I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of Gliffy.

    But I have now switched completely to a similar online application called LucidChart. I've been waiting for them to introduce compatibility with Visio which they recently did so now I can import all my older Visio documents.
