What is a Runtime packed fsg threat?

AVG anti virus claims there is a threat: Runtime packed fsg

I looked at the site but it has no info on that threat.

I'm suppose to add to exceptions or ignore.

I have no idea what to do.

Do you have a suggestion?

Thanks

These are compressed and often encrypted executables that when run unpack
themselves in memory to create the actual body of program code, and are very
common in malware, as well as keygens etc.

Many of the AVs flag them as sus cos they can't see any of the real code to
match signatures against, they only see the signs of the packer, and because
of what they are generally associated with.

As for the answer to your question - you can't tell how dangerous they are
unless you have the tools and knowhow to either reverse engineer them or
analyse their behaviour in a controlled environment
