What can you do if you forget your database password?

I set a password onto my database so that only the authorised user can access
it, however, after typing in the password and then verifying it, I closed the
system, re-opened it and typed in the password - it says the password isn't
valid. I expect that I made a typing error twice when entering the password
and so now have no idea what it is!Is there anything I can do to reverse this
or not?

How is this an Outlook question?
