What and where is 'recycler' ?

Hi

This folder is a mystery to me. It occassionally shows up somewhere but when
I search for it, I can never find it.

I have just done a Norton Ghost copy of my hard drive and there it is again
in my Norton Explorer but when I try to find it on XP, it doesn't show up.

My 'hidden files' are visible in XP.

It is a folder at C:\ and contains the icons for an empty and full
recycle bin.

It is the recycle bin on a drive formatted NTFS (FAT32 one have Recycle
instead). It contains a separate folder fro each user account, to hold
files which *that* user has deleted, and only that one is seen by him on
looking in the Bin icon
