WeekNum function in vba??

Is there a function similar to that of the WeekNum function
found in excel 2002 for vba?

And/or how do I call the function from excel, or a link to
download a function that will give me what week a certain
date is in the year.

Returns a number that indicates where the week falls numerically within a
year.

If this function is not available, run the Setup program to install the
Analysis ToolPak. After you install the Analysis ToolPak, you must enable it
by using the Add-Ins command on the Tools menu.
