I'm developing website using FrontPage. My company using websphere. Is this two compatible? And what about the database, what is the recommendation about database I should use?

Frontpage supports MS Access databases, IIS server and Active Server Pages. You
can use other technologies like PHP or CGI/Perl but these are not implemented
through frontpage.

What version of FP?

FP will work with just about any server software but if the FP server extension are not install or can not be installed some of the
server based functionality will no be available to you. Also, the publishing of the web site becomes more difficult unless you're
using FP3.
