Since going to XP we can not send or save, drag or copy
things from our "Documents" to our Zip Disk for saving.
It states it "can not create a file". Any thoughts on why
we can not save or send a simple Word Document to our Zip
for saving?

Shouldn't need them - my Zip drive worked straight away in XP without
installing anything extra.
