W32 Blaster Patch

I really don't know where to go to find the "PATCH"
listed as "MS03-026" the so called Blaster Patch, have
been to Windows Update and
HTTP://WINDOWSUPDATE.MICROSOFT.COM any number of times
and have been through the Windows Update screens and am
unable to find the "PATCH". Also when trying to down load
the windows "Service Pack" it thrashes around for a while
and finally comes back and says the server is not
available. The whole experience is very frustrating.
Seems there are no people at Microsoft to talk to, help!,
don't know what to do.

I am having the exact same problem as you and now I can't
get to other sites as well (like my Bank's login
website). I have been trying to call Microsoft for 6
hours, only to be disconnected every time I call. I am
very frustrated..

Joe,
Try this...go to the following site, and quickly
print the page. Then, follow the instructions to
download, if you can, and install the patch. My wife has
almost fixed our home PC, but it's tough to download the
patch fast enough on a dial-up modem. I think Microsoft
is overwhelmed here, we're on our own...
