W2K3 fax server routing failed

I've enabled on received fax the print routing on right printer but don't work.
After 5 6 minutes on incoming fax i've this message on state column: routing
failed

if you try to print in that printer you print correctly?
(I supose that yes), test another routing protocol, like e-
mail and see what happends, how the printer is connected?
is locally connected?, if not, try to put locally (LPT1)
and see what happends...

IT WORK CORRECTLY ANY OTHER ROUTING PROTOCOL (MAIL AND DIRECTORY)

how the printer is connected?
is locally connected?, if not, try to put locally (LPT1)
and see what happends...

WHEN THE PRINTER IS LOCALLY CONNECTED THE PRINT ROUTING IT WORK
WHEN THE PRINTER IS A SHARED PRINTER ON THE NET THE PRINT ROUTING DON'T WORK
