W2K Network, Print Server W2K, W2K Clients can print but W95 and W98 clients can't

I have a W2K print server that was working fine before. I was working
in the Domain GPO's and now my 95/98 clients can't find the printer
any longer. The server shows up when you go to install the network
printer but it states that they can't connect to the printer. I can
do the same install procedure with a W2K client and everything works
fine, if a little slow. I have put all the GPO's back to fresh
install backups of the gp*.inf files, incremented the gp.ini file and
the event viewer shows that the updates were published.

Any idea's as to why this is happening?
