W2k how much longer 2 buy?

I was told today that Windows 2000 can no longer be
bought preloaded on a new server purchase (HP or Dell).
You can get W2k media and your win2003 license is
downgradable. He also said that next month the option to
get the W2k media would not be available.....

Can anyone confirm or deny this?
