Traying logon by RRAS to my Win2003 server, acting as a file- and
VPN(Internet)- server.

However this works from some client PC (all XP) and some not.
All of them are able to establishing a VPN channel, but only some are able
to connect to the servers file system.
All user are part of the same user group providing the same access rights on
the server.
All clients are configured with appropriate User and Password in
"FileExplorer/Tools/Conect Networkunit…/Connect with different username" and
configured with the same "Unit" and "Map" in "FileExplorer/Tools/Conect
Networkunit…" (Swedish translation :) ).
The server have all above accounts enabled for "Allow access" "Remote Access
Permission (Dial-in or VPN). (The username and password for the user should
not be the problem as all are able to establishing the VPN channel).

PLS. help with suggestion why only some of the clients are able to access
the servers file system.
( I have a sense that the PC's that hade a server connection when WindowsXP
were original installed works, and the once that were installed stand alone
is not working) ??????

assuming all vpn client can ping the server while some of them get access denied, it could be the cached credentials issue. this troubleshooting may help, http://www.howtonetworking.com/VPN/browsingovervpn0.htm
