Runtime Error!

I consitantly get this eroor
The program runs fine but shutsdown when I anser OK
I have Norton antovirus 2004.
Up to dtae.
All security fixes upto date.
Any Ideas
I have downloaed the Visual c++ compiler library setup jsut in case.
Still I get this error.
